3/31/2021: Completed magazine cover

Throughout this year, I have worked on creating and editing my magazine cover to be as realistic and precise it could be. In my first draft located below, I used a very general magazine title, no descriptions of the articles only their titles, and a very unappealing choice of color combinations. My second draft is where the most change happened, I changed the background image, added article descriptions and made other small changes that made big differences such as the yellow boxes around the article titles. My main priority in editing this final cover was making sure that the text was clear to read and understand which meant replacing the background image from my second draft which was of a restaurant located in Italy in relation to one of my main articles, "A taste of Italy" to an image of a sunset beach relating to my article "Bring on the summer." This change allowed my magazine cover to be more clean and appealing to an audience's eyes. Overall, the transition between my second and final cover included very minor changes besides the background image for example, adding a barcode. The process of creating this cover was not simple but, with time and effort I was able to form a travel magazine cover using tools from my computer.
